Who we are

What we collect
If you use the enquiry form on this website, we may collect:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Vehicle registration, service interest and rough location
- The message you send
- Basic technical data needed to send the form (such as time of enquiry)
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your booking request or question and to provide our services. We do not sell your details.
Lawful basis
For website enquiries we rely on legitimate interests and/or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, then deleted or archived in the normal course of business email management.
Sharing
Enquiries are sent by email to Matt at MFT Tuning. Our website hosting provider may process technical data needed to run the site. We do not share enquiry details with marketing lists.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit the site (for example page views). This is used to improve the website and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where applicable. Email matt@mft-tuning.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
